At EvSo, we believe successful events start long before the first guest arrives—and with the right team behind them, the process can feel seamless.

Collectively, our team brings over 100 years of hospitality experience to the table. But what matters more than the number is how we’ve spent those years: inside the rooms where decisions are made, behind the scenes where details matter most, and alongside clients who expect more than just execution.

Our backgrounds span every corner of the event ecosystem—hotel conference services, convention center sales, corporate marketing, association planning, technology and registration platforms, and catering. That means we don’t just understand events from one angle—we understand how all the pieces connect, where things can break down, and how to make them work seamlessly together.

Lauren Andrews

Founder & Owner

Hospitality isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.

I grew up watching my grandfather and father build their own businesses, and from them I learned two things early on: grit and gratitude. Their determination to create something lasting sparked my own drive to build a career—and ultimately a company—rooted in relationships, trust, and hard work.

My professional journey began with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, a true masterclass in excellence. There, I worked in sales managing everything from corporate groups to pharmaceutical meetings, learning how to anticipate needs, think strategically, and execute with precision.

From there, I immersed myself fully in the world of meetings and events—site selection, sourcing, registration, and full-scale meeting planning. I worked my way from manager to director to executive, co-leading teams and overseeing global accounts. Along the way, I built long-standing industry relationships that I still rely on today, because in hospitality, how you show up—and how you care—matters.

As the founder of EvSo, I now get to bring strategy, creativity, and flawless execution together to deliver results that truly matter. Whether it’s a board meeting for ten or an industry conference for 10,000, my goal is always the same: make it seamless, impactful, and maybe even a little fun.

What Lights Me Up

I love sharing what I’ve learned—whether as a guest lecturer at Georgia State University, the University of Georgia, or Kennesaw State University—because the next generation deserves to see just how powerful and rewarding hospitality can be. And when I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on the softball field coaching my EC Bullets girls, bringing the same energy, encouragement, and passion I bring to every event.

Tifanie Haun

Director

Tifanie Haun is proof that strategy and heart can go hand in hand.

With nearly two decades of experience in meetings and events, Tifanie has built her career around turning complex logistics into seamless, memorable experiences. From managing multimillion-dollar budgets and negotiating contracts across four continents to leading teams and advising clients on venue strategy, she brings both precision and creativity to every engagement.

Her background spans convention centers, catering, and global site selection—giving her a true 360-degree view of the hospitality industry. Known for being calm under pressure, Tifanie excels when the stakes are high, guiding clients through critical decisions with confidence and clarity.

As Director at EvSo, she partners closely with clients on city sourcing, contract strategy, and overall event execution—always ensuring that each decision supports both the guest experience and the bottom line.

A Certified Meeting Professional, Tifanie pairs strong business acumen with a people-first mindset. She’s respected for her ability to balance competing priorities, build trusted vendor relationships, and deliver results that speak for themselves.

Outside of work, Tifanie is deeply committed to her community, serving Atlanta’s homeless women and children and leading small groups at her church. At her core, she’s a builder—of experiences, of relationships, and of meaningful impact.
